How do I receive my digital downloads?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. Your files are available immediately after purchase, and no physical product will be shipped. You may save and re-download your files anytime using that email.
What formats are your products in?

Can I print your products?
Yes. Every resource is designed to print beautifully at home or through a professional print service. For best results, we recommend using high-quality matte paper.

Sermon Notes are intended for personal use by default. Churches, ministries, classrooms, and small groups may purchase a Group Use License — Sermon Notes, which grants permission for group printing and distribution.
Can I use your planners or journals with a group or church?
Yes.
Stewardship Planners & Journals are available with a Group & Ministry Use License, allowing resources to be printed and shared within churches, ministries, classrooms, and organized groups.
Personal-use purchases remain licensed for individual use only.
What does the Group Use License allow?
The Group Use License grants permission to print and distribute eligible resources within one church, ministry, or organized group for teaching and study purposes. Digital redistribution of the files themselves is not permitted.
Do I receive a downloadable file with the Group Use License?
No.
The Group Use License is a digital permission license. Your purchase confirmation and receipt serve as proof of your license.
Orders & Support
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
